Finestrat Natura Group processes your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Digital Rights Guarantee (LOPDGDD). 2. What data we process and why

Through the contact form and WhatsApp button on this website we may collect: name, phone number, email address and the content of your message. This data is used exclusively to:

• Respond to your enquiries and quote requests.
• Manage any commercial or pre-contractual relationship arising from your request.

We do not use your data for profiling or automated decision-making.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is the consent you give when filling in and submitting the form or starting a WhatsApp conversation, and, where applicable, the application of pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).

4. How long we keep your data

Data will be kept for as long as there is a mutual interest in maintaining the relationship, or as necessary to handle your request, and afterwards for the legally required periods. You may request its deletion at any time.

5. Who receives your data

As a general rule, we do not share data with third parties except where legally required. We use the following providers, who act as data processors or technical recipients:

• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.): if you contact us via WhatsApp, the conversation is handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy, which may involve an international data transfer outside the European Economic Area.
• Web hosting provider: hosts the website and the email account linked to the contact form.
• Google LLC: for displaying the location map (Google Maps, loaded only on user request) and for web fonts (Google Fonts).

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability at any time by writing to finestratnaturasl@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with applicable law.

7. Security measures

We adopt appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security and integrity of the personal data processed, and to prevent its loss, alteration or unauthorised access.

8. Changes to this policy

This privacy policy may be updated to reflect legal changes or changes to the services offered. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
